The Clerical Officer will support provide administrative support to the Member Services Team within CHI and play a significant role in the delivering a high-quality service to CHI’s members. This is a multi-faceted role that will involve engaging with many internal and external stakeholders. The post-holder will contribute to cost control, work programming, complaint management as well as the processing of reports regarding repairs, maintenance and rent arrears.
CHI is seeking someone with a successful record of processing key documentation in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, the successful candidate will have experience working within a team in an office setting and will possess exceptional administrative and organisational skills. A high level of accuracy and competence in data entry is essential for this position.
