NAMA units converted to co-operative homes in Cork

NABCO, Ireland’s national representative body for the co-operative housing movement, has provided thirteen new homes for families in Cobh, Co. Cork.  The homes were delivered through a partnership with NARPS, a subsidiary of NAMA established to deliver social housing.

The new development at Cooline builds on NABCO’s existing successful relationship with Cork County Council and will provide homes for families on the Local Authority’s housing waiting list.  In 2013, NABCO Munster took on the management of 35 homes across Co. Cork in schemes in Cloyne, Carrigaline and Glanmire.
