The CHI Asset Management and Property Services (AMPS) team are holding a series of repairs clinics at CHI estates around the country. A number of clinics were held in May at An Corran, Kilruddery Glen, Newcourt and Newtowncourt and the Deakin Court clinic was held last week with more to come. The clinics are a great opportunity to proactively address the maintenance and repairs for each of the estates. The clinics also give our CHI Member Tenants a chance to liaise directly with the team and learn more about the process for reporting repairs to help speed resolution.
